CONTENT OF THE INFORMATION CLAUSE

Perfectdoor Limited Liability Company in Kunów, as the controller of personal data, informs you that:

The data controller is Perfectdoor Limited Liability Company in Kunów, 27-415 Kunów, ul. Fabryczna 1.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of preparing a response to the inquiry, pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b and c of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the administrator.

DATA RECIPIENTS
Your personal data may be transferred to IT service providers processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, courier, postal and transport service providers and other entities participating in the execution of the order or authorized under the law. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed by the administrator for the period necessary to prepare and present a response to the inquiry. Based on the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator, your personal data will be stored for a period of up to 6 months.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You have the right to access your data and to rectify, delete, transfer, withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing. You also have the right to limit the processing of personal data in the cases specified in Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

INFORMATION ON THE OPTION OR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to process the inquiry, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to obtain a response to the sent inquiry.
